The Harvest Is Great The Laborer's Are Few
The Harvest Is Great The Laborer's Are Few Lord Please send Laborer's.
God has called us to be a shining light in the midst of darkness. Never has there been a greater time to witness and to share the Love of Jesus Christ with others.
I find in this time of economic difficulty that people are looking for answers.
We as Christians have those answers. If we are willing to reap the harvest God will give it to us.
Two weeks ago, I asked the Lord to send those that are seeking him and that if he would send them to me I would speak on his behalf, while I was on my job at a customers site I went to wash my hands, to my surprise I found a young man next to the sink on his knees, I was not sure if he was praying or if he was sick. I said to him are you OK? He did not answer me but walked away. I said to the Lord that was strange, before I left this garage the Lord spoke to me and said "Give him a card to your blog site" I said to the Lord are you sure and he said "Yes"
I called the young man over and gave him a card, he glanced at it, and put it in his pocket. On the next delivery the young man found me and thanked me for the card. He said early that day that a man had told him that God had given a bible to give to him. We then started talking and asked him if he was saved, he said that he believed in God, I told him so does the devil, but he's not going to heaven either. I explained to him what salvation was, and asked him would he like to receive Christ in his heart? Shaking he said yes, and I lead him to the Lord. Right there in a parking lot. Later that day, I went to lunch and a young lady approached me at my table to take my order as we started to talk I asked her how she was doing, she proceeded to tell me not so good. She is a single mom, struggling to make ends meet.
As I started to talk to her about Jesus she started to cry and told me that her sister had been inviting her to church, but she just could not get the nerve to go. She told me that she prays at night for her and her daughter. I told her the answer to her problems was Jesus Christ. Within a short time I lead her to Christ. She was so thankful that she said would be attending church with her sister on Sunday.
God gave me a blessing that day, not just one but two. All because I asked him to send someone and I promised I would speak on his behalf. I challenge you today to ask the Lord to send someone for you too speak to. And watch what God will do.
God Bless all of You and a Very Merry Christmas to you and your families.

Love Letter To My Lord
It has been 15 years since I gave my life to the Lord. And every day of serving him has been my hearts desire. Its a joy like no other, the closer I get to him the more I am overwhelmed with his love. I never knew that there was such a love as this. When I preach his word my heart races and sometimes I have to stop. Because I start to cry because of the the power of the Holy Spirit and his love envelopes me and I can't help my self. I try sometimes to stop it but I cannot. God has given me his heart and it breaks when I see someone in bondage or unsaved or being tormented by the enemy with sickness. God has blessed me with his grace when I did not deserve it.
When I call he answer me, he is always there for me and waiting to teach me something new. God has given me the ministry of love and reconciliation and to share that he desires a relationship not religion. His love is the greatest thing that has ever happen to me. I know that I can never repay him, But I am going to give him all of my heart and I am going to spend the rest of my life preaching the gospel and sharing the love of Jesus Christ with everyone I meet. To not share this love that I have experienced with someone else would be the greatest sin that I could ever comment.
God I thank you for the experience of a life time. How can I express with words what you have done in my life, you are my King, my Lord, and my true Love. I bow on my knees before you, in submission of Love to honor you and protect your word, to serve with every breath that is in my body. For all that I am and all that I will be is because of you. This is My Love Letter to YOU!!!!!

Patience & Perseverance
Please forgive me for taking so long to post!! But I have been learning patience and perseverance from the Lord. I recently left the church that I was attending for 2-1/2 years. This decision was not made through malice, or haste, or of any disagreements between brothers and sisters. But after many weeks of prayer, my Lord informed me that it was time to move on. I Loved this church, so it was not easy to make this decision. But I have to be obedient. Since this time I thought I knew what patience was, buy I now have a new understanding of this wonderful word.
This has been a blessing in my life, because it has freed me to visit other churches of different denominations. Which has been a blessing, I have learned something that the church is indire need of help!! Congragations that were once overflowing have now become scarce. Everywhere we go we are asked to stay and to help with there ministry. But the Lord has not told me to stay. I know that God has prepared a ministry for me and my wife. It's hard for me to say No because I love all of these people that I come in contact with, because they are my brothers and sisters in Christ. But I have too be patient.
James tells us in 1:4, but let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and intire, wanting nothing. I have been offerd a position to be a pastor of a english service, that will be starting new. Even though this seems like the answer to my prayers I am being patient and waiting to hear from the Lord. I have heard many Christians say, don't pray for patience but I have corrected them, in love and have told them that patience is a blessing from God, and that patience produces perserverance. Just think if God didn't have patience with us there would be no grace. What if Jesus had no patience and decided that he wouldn't go to the cross, patience is love. Because we learn that we have to be patient with our brothers and sisters, those that are not saved yet and those that don't come to church.
I pray that all would learn to be more patient and the blessings that patience will bring into our lives as christians.

The Love Of Forgiveness
There is true Love in forgiveness. It is easy to go to church and to hear sermons on forgiveness, but the true test of your Love comes when people offend you. Our first reaction to offenses is ususally to lash out in anger, or to get even. We know that this is how the world acts. But we are no longer of the world, we are children of the most high God, created in his image and likeness. Why then is it so hard to forgive when we feel we have been wronged? It's called the flesh. We have to crucify the flesh. Jesus, even though he never sinned and he did everything that the father asked him, and he ministered to the people's needs. Yet they still hated him and crucified him, and even his friends like Judas betrayed him. Peter denied him. And at one point he was seperated from the Father, yet he said forgive them Father for they know not what they have done. It should be easy to forgive others as Jesus did. But it's not!
I tell you that we must forgive, there is no other time that you reflect the image and the likeness of your Father than when you choose to forgive. Because God forgave us when we didn't deserve it.
Mathew 6:14-15
For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you:
But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.
Mark 11:25-26
And when ye stand praying, forgive, if ye have ought against any: that your Father also which is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses.
But if ye do not forgive, neither will your Father which is in heaven forgive your trespasses.
Luke 6:35-37
But love ye your enemies, and do good, and lend, hoping for nothing again; and your reward shall be great, and ye shall be the children of the Highest: for he is kind unto the unthankful and to the evil.
Be ye therefore merciful, as your Father also is merciful.
Judge not, and ye shall not be judged: condemn not, and ye shall not be condemned: forgive, and ye shall be forgiven:
Even though at times it seems like this is the hardest thing that we will ever have to do, trust in the Lord and his Word, and let the Holy Spirit lead you into this blessing that is called forgiveness. I think we expect this kind of thing to happen from people that are in the world, but it shocks us and hurts us most when it comes from fellow christians and even ministers. But we have to rememeber that no-one is perfect and that we all make mistakes. How many mistakes did you make before you knew God? and how many are we still making now, yet our father in heaven who loves us, forgives us when ever we ask and repent of our sins. Forgiveness is a blessing that teaches us no matter what anybody does to us, the Love that God has placed in us can cover a multitude of sins. So Choose this day to forgive any and every person that has ever offended you past or present.
Ephesians 4:32
And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you.
God Bless

Let's Go Fishing
Mathew 4:19
18 As Jesus was walking beside the Sea of Galilee, he saw two brothers, Simon called Peter and his brother Andrew. They were casting a net into the lake, for they were fishermen. 19 "Come, follow me," Jesus said, "and I will make you fishers of men." 20At once they left their nets and followed him.
Jesus say's follow me and I will make you Fisher's of Men. All of us that are saved are now Fishermen & Fisherwomen. When is the last time you went fishing? Not long ago, I was going down the road in my truck and was praying and I said to the Lord, "Lord you said you have made me a fisherman, I want to go fishing today."
The Lord answered me and said "I will send you the fish, but you have to know what bait to use." While I was making a delivery at a Walmart Store, I was filling there oil tanks the manager was standing there, the Lord spoke to me and said here is your fish. I asked him Lord how Can I catch him? What bait should I use? The Lord said to me "Wait and you will see." As I was watching him he pulled a cigarette out of his top pocket. While he was lighting it, I noticed something on his forearm was a tattoo of a giant cross immediately God spoke to me and said there is your bait. I said to the man WOW you must really Love Jesus, dumb founded he said to me, Why do you say that? I said, you must Love Jesus to go through that much pain to put the cross on your arm. I told him I don't know if I could do that. He stamered and said, Yes I Love the Lord. The fish had taken the bait. Then in order to set the hook I then asked him where did he go to church? He put his head down and said he wasn't worthy to go to Church, that he would not fit in with the Church people. At that time I knew I had me a fish. A good Fish, and so I started to reel him in. I told him the Gospel Message, and how Jesus died for someone just like him. He said, He never had someone explain it so simple to him. He started to cry. It was now time to bring the fish in the boat. I asked him if he would like to receive Jesus Christ in his heart, he said yes. And I lead him in the sinners prayer.
Prices aren't the only thing falling at Walmart. People say it's too hard to witness. Witnessing is not hard. See you just have to Love to fish. God supplies the fish and the bait to make the catch.
So, I ask you when is the last time YOU went fishing? For that matter, it's time I go fishing again too.
I know this is a message that you need to catch, As I was writing this post the electric went out, and I just knew I had lost what work I already inputed. But because our God is so Good, when the power came back on and I signed back up it was saved as draft... Praise God!
Blessings to All ********* Remember Happy Fishing, don't let the big one get away!

A Parents Love For There Child
As I watched this video I couldn't help but to think about Mary, the mother of Jesus and also to think about mother's in general. How hard must it had been for this mom to give up her son. Even though everything that was told too her by God, still this was her child. She cared him for 9mths delivered him and then raised him, until he became a man. There's no greater Love than the love a parent has for there child.
This must of been hard for Mary considering that the bible doesn't mention Joseph her husband, after Jesus was teaching in the temple as a child. Joseph must of passed away making Mary a single mom. Mary started to struggled with the fact that it was her son that had to be sacrificed.
Matthew 19:28-30
28Jesus said to them, "I tell you the truth, at the renewal of all things, when the Son of Man sits on his glorious throne, you who have followed me will also sit on twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel. 29And everyone who has left houses or brothers or sisters or father or mother[a] or children or fields for my sake will receive a hundred times as much and will inherit eternal life. 30But many who are first will be last, and many who are last will be first.
How hard it is to give up what we love. But in Mary's case she already had the promise from God. She only had to keep her faith in what God had told her. If it would of been up to Mary, Jesus would of never made to the cross. Because her Love for him was so great. This was her son. We could say the same for God, how great is his love for us, that he gave up the one thing that he loved the most, his Son.
John 3;16-17
16"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son,[f] that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. 17For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.

We Need A Shepard
- Sheep need a shepherd, or they will get lost.
- Sheep are gentle, but not that smart. They easily get into trouble on there own.
- They are timid and fearful.
- Cannot defend themselves, they have no sharp teeth, no way to hide, and they cannot run fast.
- If sheep cannot find grass they will wonder, not thinking of the dangers that are awaiting them.
- They will put them selves into postions that will require them to be rescued or they will die.
- Sheep do not do well alone, they need to be in flocks.
- Wolves and Lions hunt them to kill and destroy them.
- Sheep cannot be driven like cattle they must be led.
- Sheep need a shepherd to follow and to protect them John 10; 11-16
- A shepherd will lay his life down for the sheep, he watches over them day & night and he never leaves them alone.
- He knows his sheep and they know him.
- Two shepherds can mix there flock together, hundreds of them, the shepherds can call out to the sheep and they will hear and seperate and each one will follow his shepherd, because they know him.
- If it is storming or storms come the shepherd hides the sheep in a cave, and guards the front of it.
- A shepherd will temporaily leave his flock if one gets lost to find it. Luke 15; 4-7
- Sheep are often put in a pen with no gate, because the shepherd is the gate and he guards them with his staff. John 10;1-9
- Sheep when they have been lead to green pastures will eat untill they are full and then lay down and rest in the fullness of the shepherds goodness and grace.
- Have you trusted the good shepherd to lead you to a life of peace?do you know him does he know you?
What the Lord is saying to us here in Psalms 23 and in so many other scriptures in his word, is that we need a shepherd to lead us, through this life. Even though we think we can do it on our own, like so many sheep do, we soon find our selves lost and in trouble, and in need of a rescuer.
He desires to bless us and to lead us to green pastures, where we can be full and rest. He also desires to take us to the still waters, so that we can drink in his goodness. When the storms come, he desires to shelter us. He guards us with his staff, when the enemy approaches and desires to devour us.
The good shepherd never leaves us nor forsakes us. And he never stops seeking those sheep that are lost. He says that he knows his sheep and they know him. and that we do not do well alone. we need a flock that is why it is important to get together with other sheep. church! Thank You Lord, that you choose to sacrifice yourself and lead us into a life peace and happiness.

"Lets Take A Journey And Discover The Bible Together"
Does this Sound like someone you know?
Let me ask you a question, between work, church, and your family and with so many other responsibilities that we have, Question: When and Where do you find time to read God's Word.
The answer to this question is we have to make time. In order for us to have a relationship with God we have to spend time in his word. He has so many things he wants to teach us and tell us, and God does that through his WORD. You will see that if we take time to spend in his word your life will start to change. And the way we act and react in life will be different.
As Christians this is a necessity, most of us desire to grow closer to God. But in this busy world we live in we just have a hard time finding the time. Does this sound like someone you know??
So I started wondering, would it help you if we could do it "together" several days a week for a month or so? We could all follow a plan I'd provide so we're all reading the same portions of scripture at the same time. I'm thinking maybe we'd move through each of the main men of the Bible. Then we could come here and check it off our to-do list by posting an "I'm done" once we've completed the day's reading.
Then we can even share in the comments any questions, insights, or reactions we have to the readings. That way we can also learn from one another after we've read the text and reflected on it ourselves.
Along the way I would post some comments, some study helps.
So guys what do think, is this something you would be interested in?? And would this be something that would keep you accountable to growing in God's Word.
So join in and lets get started. Post a comment if you are interested.
The Lord has blessed you and made you a blessing.

All Alone
This is a poem written By Rev. Brad Hurley inspired by the Holy Spirit of God. The Lord gave me this poem to show me and others how lonely people are in hospitals and nusing homes, and people that are alone in there own homes. Notice that we need to go and take the message of Jesus Christ that he cares so that these people will see that they are never alone. The Bible says he will never leave us, nor forsake us. Let this poem be a blessing to your heart. Let the Spirit of God bring conviction to your heart to visit someone that is all alone. Take the good news of the gospel to them.
